For the protection of our patrons and to prevent luxury cargo fraud, we strictly prohibit address changes or redirects once a package has been dispatched from our studio. If you are unavailable, please contact the Concierge to arrange for a “Secure Hold” at the courier’s local facility.
For International orders, address redirects are strictly prohibited by carrier security protocols once the ‘Export Manifest’ is filed. Patrons are advised to verify their ‘Final Destination’ address at the time of checkout.
